Stallion Show case and Horse Sale @ LADY RAVEN STABLES www.ladyravenstables.comwww.spokanehorsesale.com Join us for free for the audience on October 30, Saturday, from noon to 3 p.m. For those new to this event this is a private treaty sale. The horse owners payone flat fee in advance to attend then they work out horse deals directly with the buyers. Think old fashioned horse sale as this is NOT a horse show or auction. Our new location is Lady Raven Stables just minutes north of North Spokane. See our web site above for more details. There is an indoor and outdoor arena so the event is a go rain or shine. Horses are water proof! Stalls are limited to enter soon and your horses will be posted on the event web site. The sooner folks enter the more advertising they get. Plenty of parking for trailer ties and set up own stalls by trailer, etc. See site for more details on entering. You can enter online above. Come join the fun and mini clinics will be scheduled too. You and the whole family can come see some gorgeous stallions and nice horses for sale. Attachments:

I got a question about the breed demos. Does it have to be just stallions? My horse is a gelding and I was just curious. Thanks.

I've told Margo that I will be willing to volunteer and help out at this event. I think it will be fun.

I got a question about the breed demos. Does it have to be just stallions? My horse is a gelding and I was just curious. Thanks. Alexa, I think the demos are just for stallions at Stud. But, if you have an idea, you are welcome to contact Margo (check her out on my friend's list on FB). Also, Alexa, Margo is looking for 4H kids to be "slaves" for the exhibitors. Basically, earning money for your club for cleaning stalls and doing tasks for the exhibitors. I suggested that we can invite Equestrian teams such as Reardan and Cheney. Do you think anyone on your EQ team would be interested? If so, contact Margo.

I was going to bring Classy, but I'm loaning my horse trailer out to a friend that is moving household stuff from E.OR.... dang. We could of made an Arabian Horse area with our Arabs. I hear there is someone bringing their Arab stud, but I don't know who. If you email Margo, you can find out and maybe you can pair up with them.
I will be there volunteering to do random things. Thought that I was given the announcing task, but she's found someone else to do it. Kind of happy not to have that task on my shoulders but disappointed as well.

That'd be Melinda from deer park (dream meadows arabians)--she's bringing her stallion sparky (CH Marquis). Been to her place a few times now, really enjoyed it! Here's her website: dreammeadowarabians.com/Stallion.htmI certainly could see what you mean, sorry about that Someone got an extra space to bring Classy? If we were closer, might do it ourselves, but its gonna be a busy day for us with setting everything up. Can't wait to see you there!!!

CH Marquis, I really like some of the horses on his Dam line.... And the Gainey bred horses on his sire line. Classy is a Gainey bred horse, well, pure polish on the top and Gainey on the bottom side.

daughter & I went. Weather was better than thought. While a modest turnout we didnt think it was too bad. Helped Candy some with her miniatures; so fun!
Daughter rode a couple horses; man is that what people call trained? Guess shes spoiled by welltrained horses and nice lesson horses. $1500 for something that barely knows cues?
Met some friendly folks; but was busy then had to leave for family function.

I had a good time visiting with friends and meeting a few new ones. Margo just threw this together at the last minute, so I thought the turn out was pretty good for a little shin-dig. I think she's planning again for next August and it will be a lot bigger.
