How do I get an Avatar?

click profile>modify profile, then scroll down to avatar, and you can then either chose one of the avatars we have provided for you, or add one of your own. Remember that if you are linking to an off-site avatar, to host it yourself, using an image hosting site, such as Photobucket or Image Shack

I am a dork! I have tried to get this to work and I don't know what I am doing wrong. I linked to photobucket, but it still keeps showing a different avatar. Any suggestions? I'm sure its probable something simple that I am missing.
