CLINICIAN: Julie Stephens
COST: $10 per class or $25 for three
AHSA and BHS Certified, Julie has taught Hunters, Jumpers and Vaulting for 30 years. In 2003 Julie met Daniel Stewart, US Equestrian Team Coach and was the first to coordinate his Clinics and Workshops in the Spokane area. Julie has completed the Ride Right Certification classes to teach the Balance and Symmetry Workshops, the Sports Psychology Seminars as well as the Psycho Jumping Clinics. This year Julie has been invited to finish the final Certification Class to teach the Ride Right Video Analysis Clinics and looks forward to adding this class to her clinic selection. Julie also incorporates some Natural Horsemanship in her program using the Marty Marten and Buck Brannaman Philosophy and feels this knowledge can be applied to all disciplines.
Pot luck lunch. Helmets and Boots are required!
10:00 Beginning Horsemanship
11:00 Beginning Hunt seat equitation
12:00 Intermediate Hunt seat equitation
1:30 Beginning jumping (poles to 12”)
2:30 Intermediate jumping (12” – 18”)
3:00 Private and semi/private lessons. Each lesson is 45 minutes long and is $30 for private and $20 for semi/private.
