With winter coming what is your favorite winter riding boot? I need to buy new ones and am looking for people opinions on what is the easiest to ride in ( I ride english and western) and which are the warmest and most comfortable. And all around best bang for your buck!

I wish I knew the answer to that one! I'd love to have winter riding boots. Check out DoverSaddlery.com and they have a whole section on winter boots. And there might be reviews on HorseTackReview.com to help you figure out which ones are best.

I wish I knew the answer, too. I have winter "riding" boots by Tuffa, but the sole is too thick for me to feel comfortable riding in it. So, generally, I use my Western boots with thick socks.

They both look like great boots! A friend of mine also suggested the Ariat H20 boot. They're all so expensive I might just have to stick with my double layer of wool socks!
