Some of you are on Facebook and have already read about my adventures to Iceland.... or Ellensburg. *LOL* I've got an Icelandic Horse. She's a dun, 2 year old filly. She's adorable. Not halter broke (ok Mustang friends.. I need your training tips!) Laura also got a pinto Icelandic Filly. The fillies are together right now. I did a write up in my Blog. So, hopefully you'll go read it. I'm trying to blog more. highflyingcowgirl.blogspot.com/2010/11/icey-dreams-become-reality.html Attachments:

This is Laura's new filly. I don't have a name for mine yet. Laura, have you thought of any names for yours? Attachments:

I've been waiting for you to share this exciting news! Arrrggghh... I can't stand it - I want to come and see her so badly! Darn snow! One name that struck me as kinda pretty was Halastjarna -- Icelandic for Comet. Then I could call her Hala or Hallie --
Oh, and that silver dun is so striking, Alisa -- what a beauty! I can't wait to play with them.
A big public THANK YOU to Alisa and Luke - for making a long trip with a horse trailer in a blizzard so that we would have the opportunity to adopt these precious fillies!
ETA -- I didn't realize Alexa was logged in -- this is me, Laura!

Laura - I wondered if it was you who got the other filly! How exciting!
Congratulations to you both! I'm really looking forward to following your progress with these girls.

LOL, yes pretty much that's all I see her doing. Although the two of them lay down in the snow sometimes too... but they do not leave left overs, they eat it all up.
