Come Ride, Come Learn and Have Fun in a 3 day Clinic with Steve Skelton at the 2010 Horsin' Around Expo on July 16, 17 & 18 at the Bonner County Fairgrounds in Sandpoint, Idaho. The clinic will run each day from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm for a total cost of $250 (stalls and camping not included).
Bring your young colt, 2 to 4 years old, and in this clinic Steve Skelton will work with the horse owner to start their own Colt. There will be round pen training, join up to horses, flexation of 4 quadrants of colt, softening of face, desensitize and sensitization of colt by flagging, saddling, and ground work of all kinds and trailer loading.
Ultimately the students will be saddle riding; outdoor riding in lope to finish final day, then feeling good about going home and continuing together as a team.
