I can think of one small downhill area that has rocks to it. My two geldings are barefoot and they do fine. Keep an eye on the message board at the bottom of the page called "Who Wants to Ride". We post our little get-togethers there. Alisa

The trail that the Mustang Club usually takes at Riverside is very rocky along part of it. But there are so many trails I'm sure if you know where you're going (and I bet Alisa does) you can stay out of the rocks.

*LOL* I found lots and lots and lots of rocks today.
At Riverside, they are big round river rocks. And your horse can learn to place his feet and get through them without a whole lot of trouble. Some horses just rolled right through them. Other horses tip toed.
